I’ve had a passion for fitness since I was a teenager and have attended many competitions.

I am a Certified Personal Training through NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine).

I have knowledge in nutrition and also work alongside kinesiologists.

I became a personal trainer to help and motivate my clients to do and become their best. I will support you all the way with no judgement.
