What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?
the fact that Quickbooks is user-friendly is very useful .one upside of using QB would be that even people with no accounting experience can get a hold of it after a few use

that we cant have multiple companies in one account is a feature that I dislike and that's a downside to me but we can have many accounts under the same email so that makes it ok

my recommendation for people who are looking to use QBO is to review all the information and the video that are provided to you before you start using the app .its user friendly yes but its way better when you know what your doing

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?
QB helps me manage my client's books .they can add me directly through the app and I can oversee everything ad do my job from a distance, and because of that I get to have more time in general
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
We are currently seeing other users posting the same issue here in the Community. We will also inform our Product Engineers about this behavior so they can investigate further. Rest assured that they're now working to fix this as quickly as possible.

Quickbooks Online lets us do all of the usual bookkeeping tasks like monthly bank account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a platform that both we as the bookkeepers as well as the business owners can view and interact with simultaneously from different locations.

I wish Quickbooks Online still had their customer support located in the United States. It's obvious that they outsourced to another country a couple of years ago, and the customer service seems a lot more like a call center with a manual to parrot from.
