In today’s digital world, there is a DIY (Do It Yourself) for any issue that may come up in a
household. People are still a big fan of taking matters into their own hands using home
remedies. Unfortunately when it comes to pest control, these methods are not always

What inspired you to start your own business?
The biggest inspiration for starting Provincial Pest Control was the rationale behind everything
that is done. I worked with many pest control companies prior to starting my own, and I always
saw things done wrong, both due to a lack of education and the lack of care for the client. Here
at Provincial Pest Control (www.FreePestInspection.Ca) each customer is treated in a unique matter, specific to their pest
concern and property type, in terms of both eradication and long-term preventative measures.

the ongoing pandemic, doing things in person has not been as easy as they were in the past,
however we are adapting our team and also our services to remain within the scaffolds of the

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The Provincial Pest Control team (www.FreePestInspection.Ca), both office administrators and field technicians, have been
thoroughly trained with regards to the ongoing pandemic. We fully abide by the guidelines our
government has implemented as we are, and have always been, an essential business. Our
technicians will use hand sanitizer, gloves, masks, and shoe covers prior to entering the
property, and at all times maintain a minimum six-foot distance with our valued customers. For
the duration of the treatment as well, gloves, masks, and shoe covers stay on in order to avoid
direct contact with any items within the property. Furthermore, we are open to implementing
any new suggestions provided by our clients, given that said suggestions are reasonable and
doable for our team.
