We scheduled him for the next day to deal with the rats that had made a home under our deck and under the hot tub. Muti Rehman Saved me from a dire situation last night with an unsafe , not completed extermination of yellow jackets. I called him , crying my heart out as I’m deathly allergic and they had made the way into the house.
Although he had just left my area he did a uturn and came right back. He assessed my entire house, fixed the situation and prepared me for the next coming days. He took my entire fireplace apart at 1100 at night.

The tech came as an emergency when 2 others refused to come until a Tuesday (it was a Friday) he communicated with me mid anxiety attack having a huge wasp nest in my walls, came and assured me all would be fine. I am so so happy!
It's the August long weekend and I noticed a lot of wasps near the siding of the house in the backyard.
I run a home daycare and needed this problem resolved ASAP.
Protokoll responded to my request quickly and was able to come the same day!
He was so knowledgeable, and able to tell me I had 2 wasp nests!! He was on it right away!
He was also concerned for the safety of the kids playing outside next door. Making sure they were aware of what we were doing and encouraging them to stay inside for 20 min. while he sprayed and treated the nest.
I feel comfortable in knowing everything was done properly and safely.

I hired Protokoll to remove a hornet's nest on my tree in my front yard that was creating a danger for my kids. The technician was very nice that he even agreed to come at night time to remove the nest. He was also very knowledgeable on the topic and took his time to ensure all bees are in the nest before removing it. This prevented a reoccurance of the nest and the bees are completely gone now. Protokoll Pest Management has been a life saver for my family and I. I found a mouse in our house and quickly in the middle of the night tried to find a Pest Management service on Bark. Protokoll was quick to respond, within minutes. We spoke over the phone and they sent a tech over to my house within 30 minutes! This is around midnight! We were very impressed with their knowledge and expert advice. They did a full house inspection all while being considerate of not being too loud as we have 2 babies sleeping. AMAZING! They even followed up with me days .. even weeks after to see how my house is and if there is any updates on my end with our pest situation.
