How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Consistency plays a big role in achieving goals, whether it be our service or being able to communicate when needed, being consistent with the clients gets them to achieve their goals
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Eating well and sleeping is one of the most important things in life to feed the body for recovery! We emphasize on eating the things one loves the most to stay happy and have fun with day to day activities! With sleep being another important recovery!
What do you love most about your job?
It makes us happy to see clients success stories and how they love being with our trainers every hour they train with them! The results gives us motivation to keep coming back and train more clients!
What inspired you to start your own business?
With an athletic background, we felt people are in need of trainers who show them the right way to activate specific muscles.
Why should our clients choose you?
With the team we have of American College of Sports medicine Certified Trainers and Registered Massage Therapists, with the experience in Biomechanics and functional training, we can enhance someone’s goal setting to a different level.

We provide/offer all kinds of training to our clients, they can come to our location in Toronto or even train from the comfort of their homes. Anywhere outdoors or indoors.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online training and making sure that people are well aware of all the protocols needed to train clients in a enclosed environment.
Personal Training (one/two-on-one)
This is for clients who are looking to set a foundation in skills and techniques for fitness and build a case for future goal settings
Group Fitness (3 or more)
This service entitles all who have background in fitness and sports, and would like to get better in skills and technique within a team environment
Massage Therapy
Rehab and recovery is what we focus on the most, our Registered Massage therapists will be more than happy to assist you in your recovery phase post or within the training plan with us.
