Pre-Construction
For the first phase of the project, we have set in a process to minimize in-person meetings by
arranging virtual site visits through Zoom. The traditional review process of discussing the
project, assessing your design ideas, and other discussions will be conducted virtually.
We may request a virtual tour of your home based on your requirement. In addition, taking measurements, evaluating site conditions and other details will be assessed online. With the
help of the client and our ability, we can gauge the same visual information as a regular visit. Upon completing this first phase, we will send the client an online estimate to get the work started.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
On-Site
We have followed best practices to ensure the safety of our clients as well as our workers. For the duration of the project, we will ensure that the site is completely barricaded and
thoroughly sanitized. Anyone entering or exiting the site is required to first sanitize their
hands before going ahead.
While renovation is in progress, we only allow the presence of one tradesman at a given
time on site. Multiple tradesmen are not permitted to be at the location at the same time.
Common workspaces and bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant daily.
HEPA filters will replace return filters.
Homeowners themselves are not allowed into the renovation area. Any updates will
continue to be discussed virtually on Zoom.
We also use the management app, to keep clients updated on the progress of
the site along with images and videos for their references.
