What do you love most about your job?
It challenges me with new tech and new concepts constantly. You never know everything in a technology field.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Last company I worked for went under during the lockdowns. Had the tools and knowledge, so it wasn't a huge leap.
Why should our clients choose you?
Experience and excitement. I have been doing this for years, mostly because technology fascinates me. I want your tech to be as great as my tech, whether that's a newly mounted TV or a large scale multi-site deployment.

No, but I can allow YOU to work remotely. Kind of my whole business model. I'll attend your sites so you don't have to.
Field Service:
Plan, install and support camera and surveillance systems.
Install, service and maintain network and telecommunications equipment.
Expand/upgrade wifi and remote building connectivity.
Setup and troubleshoot computer and point-of-sale electronics.
Low-voltage data cabling and fiber-optic cabling.
Install/mount digital media cages and racks.
Transport network maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Underground line location.
Numerous other network and telecom related field service activities...
Project Management:
Initial skills and suitability assessment, assisting with appropriate tech assignment.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for techs in the field.
Interview, assist, and assess techs performance and job quality.
Coordinate group projects and act as lead on high priority or difficulty sites.
Perform “first visit” with new clients to assist in classifying SOW and work environment.
Meet with clients on site to better understand specific requirements and expectations.
Confirm resource allocation to successfully complete larger scale assignments.
Perform inventory, shipping, and warehousing for client inventory.
