Absolutely do not reccomend this salon. The do not treat employees with respect nor their customers, especially since June 2021 their products have had mold in them. They belittle their staff calling them incompetent and refuse to allow employees to give their notice to end employment - rather they tell you to get your stuff rudely and walk you out like a criminal. Also giving employees added anxiety and not allowing them a requested booked day off even though they approved the request. 10/10 horrible salon and the owner believes she doesn't have to deal with her own salon because she is "off". Sorry, owning a business you don't get days off, especially when your manager is not qualified if she cant read notes in a computer. More...

Went in for a manicure and left with my nails in WORSE shape than when I went in. My aesthetician, while nice, was very inexperienced. Cut my nails down to nothing, left jagged edges & odd shapes, and left jagged and cut up cuticles. Icing on the cake was when she didn’t know how to properly apply gel polish and it didn’t cure properly. I was then an “inconvenience” to her as she was late for her next client because I asked her to remove the terrible polish application she’d done. While I wasn’t charged for the awful service (not that I would’ve paid for it anyways), I left 2hrs later with terrible nails I had to fix myself at home. I went in for my roots touch up and tone for my blonde hair. I was quoted 120$. I understand that it can go up within reason , depends on what the stylist does. But I was outraged when I got to the counter to pay and my bill was 230$ !!!!!! More then double what I was told ! I feel that they didn’t not explain the costs before they went ahead and did it.
