The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and spacious. It would be nice if they offered more gluten free options in their restaurant though. The staff though, top notch!

We just returned from a wonderful first stay in Vancouver, and the entire visit was just outstanding. We especially loved the view from our balcony at Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront so much! !! A very special Thank You to Sarah at Pinnacle Hotel Harbourside, who personally assisted me in advance, as we were celebrating a significant birthday. The room selection was PERFECTION! A welcome surprise of wine & amazing chocolate in our room was such a thoughtful addition, with a note from the General Manager, and much appreciated. Sarah is a guest service magician! Give that lady a big raise and a promotion!! Needless to say, we will be back, and with a momento for Sarah, as well! More...

I stayed at the hotel from April 27th to May 4th, and I had a really good stay as the staff were friendly, and professional during my entire stay. Unfortunately, during the final day of my stay I was having problems with my card key to get into my room. When I checked out on May 4th, and explained the problem to the hotel manager, he originally gave me a free meal, but when I told him I was staying in Vancouver on Monday, May 9th and I had a reservation at another hotel, the manager gave me a rate of $199 instead of between $300 to $350, and since I was satisfied with the hotel expect the frustration of getting into my hotel room, I decided to stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront during my last night in Vancouver, and I cancelled my other reservation I originally had. Next time I visit Vancouver, I will be happy to stay at this hotel. More...

I have be living with Oral herpes for over 4 years now and it has be a big problem for me.I have been looking for solution because i can't leave with it, One day i came across a woman testimony on a forum saying she got cured of her Herpes with the help of Dr. zubby herbla home an herbal doctor from African with herbal medicine.
