Individual Counselling
Supportive one-on-one personal counselling offered either in person or online. We work collaboratively with our clients to support individualized therapy goals and planning. Our focus is to provide highly effective and evidence-based approaches to support recovery and restoration of functionality across many areas in life.
Couples Counselling
In person or online sessions available. We aim to support couples in addressing the most common challenges that present in relationships as well as guide couples through the healing process resulting from infidelity, addictions, and relationship breakdown. We pride ourselves on remaining neutral and non judgmental as we support couples in navigating multiple issues and establish reconnection and development of healthier intimacy.
Family Counselling
Offered either in person or online. The family that feels together will also heal together. We address the multiple challenges and role dysfunctions that can result within a family due to major changes, loss, mental health, blended family and breakdowns, substance use disorders, and trauma. Our experienced team is highly effective in helping families recover and supporting both individual and family growth from adversity.
