I started doing online workouts at home with opt fitness at the start of lockdown in March 2020. I was used to working out several times a week and didn't want to stop because the gyms were closed.
My trainer Ario, is very professional, and motivational, with a huge knowledge base in fitness. He encouraged me to set regular goals, and pushed me to reach a level of fitness I didn't think was possible a year ago.
Opt fitness helped to get me through 2020. My goal for 2021 is to continue to increase my fitness level; to continually improve with age rather than decline. Working with Opt fitness will help me to achieve this goal.

Consistency and patience are keys to achieving your ideal body composition. For consistency, we need to have "smartER" goals set, have clarity on what it takes to get there, and practice daily habits that would lead us to achieving the ideal body we were looking for all along. Lastly, having a support system is essential to assist us throughout our journey - coaches, family, friends, like-minded community, etc.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping others get better no matter if they are recovering from an injury or their goal is to be a faster wide receiver, brings me joy and inspires me to put 110% effort during the sessions as well as in programming times so they can truly achieve their goals and beyond that.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ever since May 2020, we have strived to keep our services safe as heath always comes first. We started offering online services, we ask all clients and staff to have masks on, we wipe up all equipments before using them and adhere to the government's latest regulations to keep helping our clients feel and stay safe with us.
