Great prices but terrible customer service. I was told my order would be delivered at lunch time. My landscaper waited around until 3:47 for the order to be delivered. I called twice to find out where they were - the first time I was told 'They are on their way'. An hour later I called and asked where they were and I was told 'They are 5 minutes away.' Almost half an hour after the second phone call, the truck shows up. I called the store back at 4pm to speak with the manager. I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and was told he was with someone else and I could leave my name and number and he would call me back. The manager did not call back. I called the next day to follow up with the manager. He had mentioned that he had left the day before at 1:30 and did not return to the office until the following morning. Then when I called him out on the fact that his staff had mentioned 'he was with another customer' at the time of my call the day before, he started back peddling and claiming that he was actually there. I certainly do not appreciate being lied to. There was no effort on Peel Landscape's part to rectify my current delivery, given the fact that I had to call twice to see where the delivery truck was and the fact that my landscaper wasted his entire afternoon (and my money to pay him to wait there) waiting for a delivery that was supposed to appear at lunch time. They offered a discount on a future purchase (all my landscaping is complete and do not require anything from them anymore), however I will never order from this company again. I refuse to support a company that lies to their customers and doesn't provide the upmost in customer service. More...

I ordered bulk materials and patio stones on Tuesday and was told they would be delivered on Thursday. The base materials were delivered but no patio stones. I took vacation days off work to install my patio but it's Saturday night now and no patio stones. Since you're closed Sunday, I've run out of time to do my patio! I called multiple times and got the same answer "I'll look into it and get back to you"... I'm not impressed. More...
