How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I focus on their needs and limitations, whether they be time, diet, intensity or motivation. From here, I help them within their framework of needs, so that they can improve their health and fitness and work towards their goals.
After an initial assessment, I provide a personalized training program and work towards the clients goals based on their schedule, budget, and preferences.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Habits. Once one has developed the motivation they need, then they have commited to their goals, after that it is all about developing healthy habits.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. I love seeing the improvement clients have and helping them achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have run a few small side hussles before and I love to be my own boss. Being a small business owner makes me feel satisfied and fulfilled.
