Attended a recent wedding (very close relative). I was very disappointed with the quality & quantity of food. We have been to Easter & Mother’s Day brunch numerous times at this venue (which is why we choose this venue) we were always impressed with service, food selection & quantity. Well definitely not the case for this wedding. Bride & groom paid very good money per plate. The antipasto bar was poorly set up, with very little portions. Service during the antipasto bar was quite slow (we had to find staff to take away our used plates) so we can make room for a second dish. Service afterwards was very good. Friendly & very pleasant. The black carpet in the entrance (with duct tape) is ugly! Big turn off...also the added pieces of carpet beside the dance floor is also a very big turnoff. It does NOT sit well & many of times women’s heels were getting caught (duct tape on the sides of that carpet as well). Dance floor planks are uneven & when dancing our heels would get caught. The pasta & risotto were both cold & portion size was small. The meat was fantastic & very tender! Jumbo prawn shrimp were not big what so ever, quite disappointing over all! My good friend from high school had his wedding reception at this banquet hall. The rooms are amazing and high end. It was a great wedding and the location of the wedding and reception could not have been in a better place.

Great food. Great location. Everybody is friendly.
I went to a wedding and their was more than enough people standing by to give a hand or to make sure everything was flowing properly.
They even offered more food if you liked one plate.

My fiancè just had her bridal shower here yesterday, and the service, venue, and experience was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We are also getting married here in ‘The Classic’ in April, and we did the bridal shower at the ‘Queen Victoria’ which is run by Tony. Tony was exceptional!!! From the morning when we were setting up, to making sure any additional seats needed to be placed or moved, he frequently checked in with us and made sure things went great. We held our wedding reception here on July 1st, 2018 in the classic room. The service we received from the floor manager and his team far exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were not just satisfied, but truly happy with every detail. This is a costlier banquet hall, but the service is well worth it. Our guests loved the food and the in-house MC from Good Vibrations brought so much fun to the party. At Paradise, they know what they're doing and they provided us with a stress free night. More...

Paradise Banquet & Convention Centre surpassed our expectations. We had our wedding reception in the Classic Room. From the time we booked with them to the day of our wedding reception, we had nothing but positive experiences. Carmela was amazing to work with. She worked with us to ensure that each one of our needs was met .She was so incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Our day of coordinator, Francisco was on the ball and kept checking in on us to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and had nothing but great things to say about it. They enjoyed every course from the antipasto bar, to the extensive dessert table and the in house cake made by Antonella. We are so glad that we chose Paradise Banquet & Convention Centre for our special day. I got married in the prince room and it was perfect. It’s a beautiful room that doesn’t need much extra decoration. The food was amazing! !! I received so many compliments on the food.
