I have been involved in the counsellin field for more than35years and brings a wealth of experience working with youth, families and individuals for over two decades. I provide individual counsel services to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I also provide family counselling including Premarital Counselling, Couple Counselling, Family Conflict Resolution and Family Communication Improvement. I can help one to address personal, educational, and professional challenges by way of identifying and accessing internal resources to increase resiliency, explore solutions and regain a sense of power and control over their own lives.
As an immigrant, I have a clear understanding of the problems an immigrant may encounter after having moved away from their home country. Without the support of an established network of friends and family, cultural identity, workplace problems, and strained family relationships can result in feelings of anger, disappointment and hopelessness.
I can help you work through this process to arrive at a higher level of belonging to this new place and its people as you realize the joy of contributing your own cultural heritage, strengths and abilities to the diversity of your adopted home.
