Plan
The planning stage follows the design stage as soon as you’re ready to hire us to build. We’ll assess your home, the designs, and the scope of the project to provide you with a free, no-obligation quote for the work. Any questions or concerns that weren’t addressed in the design stage will be covered here. We’ll take the time to establish what you want with absolute certainty.
The customized plans we create for your renovation will include the timeline, and an itemized budget. We’ll work with you directly to put the final touches on the plans—making sure all the while that the project matches the needs of your home and budget.

Build
In this stage, we turn all that designing and planning work into a gorgeous new look for your home. From materials to trades, we take the quality of your renovation very seriously, and we see to it that the work is protected for years to come.
Quality starts with the materials, and we are incredibly thorough when choosing the materials we source and bring to the job. All the materials we use are tested and vetted by our team. That isn’t to say that our work is only available for the highest budgets. Thanks to longstanding professional and personal relationships with our suppliers, we’re able to source quality materials at surprisingly good prices. When we save on premium materials, you save on premium renovations.
