Counselling sessions can be completed virtually using a secure, confidential platform that meets all Canadian Healthcare laws regarding Privacy and Information Sharing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In Person sessions are occurring. Clients will call upon entry and be let into the office. Masks worn in all public spaces. Seating is physically distanced, hand sanitizer provided and office is sanitized before and after every session.

Counselling for Postpartum Anxiety and Depression, Postpartum OCD, Birth Trauma or Postpartum PTSD, Postpartum Panic or Rage, as well as support for Women experiencing Pregnancy related Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Disconnection and much more.
Women's Mental Health
Support for Women experiencing wellness or mental health struggles. Services are plentiful but some examples include Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Relationships, Stress and/or Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, Trauma, Menopausal Mental Health, Transition Support, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Faith and/or Identity.
