I was just about to end my maternity leave and looking for a fresh look to start back to work. I came across recommendations for Ness in a local FB group. After reviewing her IG and FB page, I had to schedule as her colour looked amazing! Ness scheduled me in for my highlights that I requested but once I arrived for my appointment everything changed! She listened to my want for change and completely envisioned how my hair should look. Ness wanted to be sure I walked out of her salon happy with my hair, she was even willing to take the extra time to do. Ness is a colour goddess! I am beyond happy with my new hair. I recommend absolutely everything. Ness is beyond professional and goes above and out of her way to ensure her clients needs are met and satisfied. I was a redhead for 4.5 years and I was terrified to change my colour to a brown. Ness went through the process with me, even did a complimentary patch test prior to booking an appointment. Ness went out of her way, to ensure that I was satisfied despite the long and cumbersome process it took. She verified and asked me if i was comfortable quite often, and explained every step as it was done to keep me involved in the process and make sure I understood what was happening during the transition.
