A skilled licenced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will assess and manipulate your body's soft tissues - muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and skin - during massage therapy. Throughout the session, your massage therapist will apply varying pressure and movement. The sensation of deep relaxation and peace is one of the first effects of massage. Massage stimulates the release of endorphins, brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of well-being.

Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive holistic manual therapy that assists people in achieving or maintaining good overall health and well-being. Manual Osteopaths focus on the areas of the body that have caused the symptoms rather than the symptoms themselves. The manual osteopath believes that when the human body is structurally balanced, it can function well.
