First off, I want to thank Nate for the best well rounded experience and quickest results that have lasted ! For the past 5 plus years I have been dealing with a few back injuries/sciatic pain from car & snowboarding accidents. I’ve seen chiropractors, done acupuncture, prolotherapy (which hit a nerve and increased my pain), etc but nothing was working long term. The last time my back ceased up I could barely walk or follow through with daily chores and actives. My boss then recommended Nate as he also dealt with prior back issues and had had amazing results. I called Nate and he immediately brought me in for an initial consultation and first treatment. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of knowledge Nate had to offer and education he provided in relation to my injuries and what was needed to address them. Instead of cracking, twisting, or puncturing my back he provided me to tools to strengthen my back to alleviate the pain & nerve damage. I continued with my exercises and only a couple follow up visits with Nate which has led me to NO pain whatsoever !! I’m truly amazed as nothing prior had worked. Late November I started working with Nate in regards to extreme lower back pain and leg numbness as a result of pushing my physical limits in the gym. Nate carefully worked me through a series of movements to figure out what may be happening and his evaluation matched entirely with my doctors --bulged disc in the lower lumbar spine. Within one week, Nate had me out of excruciating pain and moving without the use of medication to get me through my day. His knowledge and experience in rehabilitating these issues has been beyond impressive and I'm so grateful to be continuing to work with him. Our online fitness and lifestyle coaching focusing on helping you develop healthy habits and make sustainable lifestyle changes. We work with you to identify your goals and develop a customized plan to help you achieve those goals through a combination of fitness training, nutrition coaching, and habit tracking.

NATEFIT provides ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and make progress towards your goals. This may include setting small, achievable targets, providing feedback and motivation, and offering education and resources on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

NATEFIT’s private training consists of a 60-minute session with your trainer. This includes warm-up, resistance training, and cool-down, each tailored to your goals. Scheduling options may vary by trainer, with most available from Monday to Friday (8:00am to 7:00pm) and on Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm). With this service, you'll receive custom programming and personalized attention from a trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.

Consultations include a meeting with a personal trainer to assess you fitness level, goals, and needs, and to discuss a plan for reaching those goals. Gathering information about your current lifestyle allows us to customize your program to ensure success in program implementation and adherence.Â
