Majid was excellent right from the initial call (called me 1 min after I submitted my request on Bark) being very punctual and detailed-oriented with addressing the problem, diagnosing the issue, and coming up with next steps to meet up for on-site visit.

When on-site, we started looking at the initial problem and was trying to piece together what the main issue was which he was able to solve and put my concerns to rest.

I was initially only going to use Majid's services for an outlet issue but because he gave such a great customer experience, I went with him for a Tesla Wall-Charger Install as well.
