Had a good experience here. Boutique for sure, equipment no one else in Toronto has, and staff very knowledgeable, calm, unlike the big one on bloor starting with l. Some prices a bit higher, some lower, but where else can you find and try this gear? Return policy a bit surprising (store credit only) but not hard to find too many things I want . I was visiting Montreal and stopped in twice. So much cool gear to dream about owning! The staff was super helpful and seemed happy to get into the nitty gritty tech-y details. Only place in Vancouver or Toronto I was able to find the Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros and they were kind enough to let me test them out. What's more the customer rep (wish I had asked his name!) was incredibly helpful when I asked him for advice on how best to replace my M50x's (he said I simply shouldn't!) and let me test like 10 different headphones to confirm that feeling.Amazing store, incredible customer reps and a wonderful place to test music gear. Moog has allowed me to create (by far) the coolest and most unique sounds I've ever been able to achieve on a guitar. There is endless inspiration here. However, this wouldn't have been possible if not for the wonderful staff, Andrew in particular, who has helped guide me through their overwhelming selection of sounds. It's a good store with a decent amount of music equipment layed out for testing and lots of selection to buy. The equipment is also the same price as online websites such as Amazon, which is very rare and also very nice.
