MODE Contracting

We used Mode contracting for a basement renovation. I cannot say enough on how good they are. Ryan and Shaun plus their crew and trades where the best I have had over the years of owning a few house. The good experience started right from the estimate where Ryan suggest some ideas etc. instead of saying it cannot be done. During the reno they were clean, responsive to questions and any concerns and the crew and trades were very good. Modes crew was very skilled as were all the trades. I just want to give a shout out to Ryan, Sean and their team at Mode contracting they did our first renovation ever. They build our garage and developed our basement. It’s always scary at first putting your trust in a company or person you don’t know but they made our first renovation project a breeze to go through. We will definitely be using them again for any future project and highly recommend them. They were always professional & knowledgeable and always quick to respond to our emails or phone calls.
