About

Life is full of challenges, big and small. Even when things are going well for us, there’s always something we could be working on: better lifestyle habits, carving out more quality time for family, shifting away from our natural-born negativity bias and so on.

Great help from adriane, professional and very knowledgeable

Q&As

Helping people achieve their goals and find more balance in their lives. Watching people grow and become more comfortable in their own skin.

I spent many years in qualitative market research, interviewing patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and others and was always struck by the insights powerful conversation can glean. I fully understand our fundamental need to feel heard and seen and I also believe we all have the answers they seek within us, but sometimes we need a little help to uncover them.

This is really all about fit. People need to feel safe, comfortable and to believe their coach has their back and will be able to provide the guidance and encouragement they need. I always offer a discovery call, with no strings attached, to see if we're a good fit.

Yes, absolutely. I do think it's important to create a rapport based on trust and believe being able to see each other is important - so for each meeting I will set up a zoom meeting. If clients are really camera-shy, we can keep them off, but I often like to share my screen for tools, too.

Services

Life, Work, Relationships, Confidence, Conflict Management but the reality is, whatever you want to work on, it all comes down to mindset and that's my specialty.

It's really a fancy word for awareness, without the judgement that often comes along with our thoughts. It's about being more present to our lives rather than staying caught up in memories of the past or anxiety about the future.
