Lysylle is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She worked with individuals, couples, and families from various ethnicities and backgrounds at the school, settlement agency, and non-profit organizations. She did trauma work with immigrants, refugees, young people, indigenous and survivors of sexual violence both in individual and group therapy.

Lysylle uses narrative, attachment, strength-based, and client-based approaches from a trauma lens. She explores adverse childhood experiences in dealing with trauma and its impact on adult relationships. She utilizes expressive arts such as poetry, journal writing, music, and painting in therapy.

Her goal is to meet clients where they are at, honour their experiences, and journey with them to embrace their true selves towards their full potential.
