Sylvain is very passionate about bees and beekeeping. We did his beekeeping workshop tonight and if you’re even thinking you’d be interested in beekeeping someday, or are just interested in learning how it works, this workshop is a heartfelt show and tell experience with so much information on everything from how your basic hive works, to honey production. Sylvain’s enjoyment of his work is contagious and it’s fascinating to learn from him. I highly recommend this experience if you are at all interested in bees.
