When I got my first DUI in March 2021 I immediately was on a hunt to look for a lawyer, specifically one that specializes in DUI cases. I sent a request for a consultation to several that I came across on Google and Dan Murphy was the first person who called me within minutes. I wasn't prepared and was a bit nervous as to what to expect and questions to ask. But Dan Murphy was so easy to talk to yet professional I felt a sense of comfort within our short conversation. He asked me to tell my story and after explained to me that I may qualify for a diversion (which I had no idea what that means). But he thoroughly explained to me in a language that I can understand as this was something new to me. From there, we discussed the process, the cost, and next steps. Everything was very concise and transparent, more so, I felt supported. So I moved forward with working with Dan Murphy and followed the steps he presented. He remained in contact and in communication through it all, was always available when I had questions and made everything so easy. Finally, as of February 2022 I completed my program and I was not only able to get my license back with no DUI on my record but I got my case dismissed! I am blessed to have hired Dan Murphy as my attorney. I was being charged with a second DUI during a challenging period of my life where I lacked integrity and spirituality to lead a better life. i cant begin to describe how much of a blessing Dan Murphy has been to me. I was charged with a DUI and after our consultation call, Dan Murphy agreed to take on my case. During this extremely stressful time, Dan Murphy was always a text or call away. Dan Murphy was proactive throughout this whole ordeal and always kept me up to date on the situation. Dan Murphy was relentless in the negotiations for my complicated case and through a miracle, he was able to get it down to a wet and reckless and i was found NOT GUILTY of the DUI! No jail time, my license was never suspended, no community service, no SR-22 insurance, very minimal fines and only a 12 hours online DUI course. I could not have asked for a better result!
