I combine traditional talk therapy methods with a variety of holistic modalities best suited to each individual client. We work collaboratively to achieve healing and wellness of the WHOLE person: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. I am also the only certified Trame Vibrational Therapy practitioner in Kamloops. Trame is a non-invasive hands-on treatment originating from Europe that uses quantum physics and alchemy to help with a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety/depression/PTSD, digestive issues, mental clarity and communication, stress reduction, asthma, eczema, and much more.
