On Boxing Day a problem occurred with our fuse panel. It resulted in only 3 outlets working and no lights in the living room, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms of our rental unit. Management did not consider it a priority. On Jan, 3 the building's part-time manageress was to assess the situation. She never showed up. Hence it became obvious to us that this situation would never be solved by the rental company. So we ended up using bark. Because Eriik's reviews are outstanding we contacted him. He happened to be in the neighbourhood and soon came to help us. After some work on the panel the entire apartment was operational again. We cannot thank Eriik enough. He was a God-sent.
