Counselling
We provide counselling services to individuals 12 and up, giving all people a safe space to process through what's happening in their lives. We focus on trauma, and the resulting impacts of trauma on people's lives some of which look like anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and uncontrollable emotions. We focus on helping client's work toward their goals taking a strengths based approach. We come from an attachment focused, trauma informed lens meeting you where you're at, so that you can live the life that you want to live.
ADHD Coaching
We provide a 6 session ADHD Coaching Program for adults, giving you the skills you need to help you manage some of the challenges that you can run into. We approach ADHD from a superpower perspective, focusing on the strengths and skills that ADHD gives you, while giving you strategies to help with some of the harder things you run into.
