Maritime Construction Inc. has been in business in the GTA for five years now. But the company is owned and operated by its founder, me, Chris Rogers who has been in the building industry in New Brunswick for over 25 years.
Coming from a family of trade carpenters and builders, I have served an apprenticeship under my father who worked in the construction industry and built homes in Moncton, NB.

Small additions are no problem for us to take on. We can build a small addition for a spare room, home office, larger kitchen, etc. Your imagination is the limit.

There are countless porches in Toronto. We have resurfaced, and rebuilt many. We can take on anything from restoring your existing pine floor historic porch, to completely rebuilding both floor and roof to ensure it lasts for years to come. We work with our engineering partners to get you proper stamped drawings and provide you with the permit, making your porch project completely stress free.
