We would give MKB a first class rating. From initial pricing and proposal thru to all of the finishing touches, MKB was professional and did everything with an impeccable attention to detail. Having Domenic in charge made the entire process seamless, even though our home was gutted and rebuilt during COVID. Domenic's ideas and suggestions gave our entire kitchen a uniqueness that is not generally found in many remodels. At the same time, we never felt we were being "upsold". We hired MKB to remodel our kitchen last fall. They started right after Thanksgiving and promised to finish before Christmas and they did. Their contract was clear, reasonable and there were no surprise charges at the end of the job. I really enjoyed working with their designer Dee who was very personable, provided me with great ideas and sample, and really helped me to design the kitchen I envisioned. We felt comfortable with Dominic and his crew - they were very professional and respectful working in our home every day. Dominic did a great job to keep the project on track despite a couple of issues with suppliers. Six months after the remodel was complete, I emailed MKB about a couple of doors which were not working optimally - Dominic promptly came out and replaced the mechanisms.
