David from Magen Homes did an amazing job on our home! We just finished building a beautiful 4,200 SF custom home in Thornhill.
We had issues with our first builder and were dealing with conservation and bylaws. It was very complicated. When David took over the project, he was dedicated and committed to getting the job done right and in the budget. He did an exceptional job. He coordinated the right trades and ensured that the job was completed to perfection as planned. He’s also very creative, passionate about his work, easy to work with and has a lot of experience.
I highly recommend him for any custom home build, renovation or project.

David and his team did a great job last year constructing our entire house 3600 sq.ft from top to bottom. He and his amazing team were always on time; gave us great pricing and made the entire process very easy for me and my husband. The construction was supposed to take a year but he was able to complete it in 10 months. It was our first time undertaking a full project and we would recommend his services to anyone in a heartbeat. His workers were clean, respectful and always left the space in great condition. We have a Terrion warranty for the construction of custom houses and a minimum of three (3) years for house extensions and renovations. In addition, we have $5,000,000 in liability insurance and WSIB.
