How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I dive into their weekly habits, and see what might potentially be holding them back. Fitness and living an overall healthy lifestyle is more than just exercise. It's your thoughts as well. I want to help my clients live a balanced life with fitness as a component.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, and patience. Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. Eat your veggies (half your plate) and make sure you're getting your protein, fat, and carbohydrate requirements (this is very dependent on your goals)
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I get to connect with people on a deeper level, and make friends along the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love to bring in my personality when it comes to my sessions, whether it be in person or online. I want my clients to be happy and have fun in the process of being healthy. Even though things can be stressful, I always emphasize being in the moment, and doing your best to reset.
