How long have you been in business?
LUX Homes began as a small construction company in 2017 specializing in framing and renovations. A demand for custom homes in the Okanagan Valley flourished and as a result, LUX Homes was created. Today we service the Okanagan Valley and West Kootenays where we specialize in design builds for custom homes, renovations, and multi-family builds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Brad McNaughton is the founder and President of LUX Homes. Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Brad grew up on a farm, always working outdoors, always working with his hands. Brad earned his carpentry ticket shortly out of high school and began his career in construction as a Red Seal carpenter. He has never looked back.
Opportunity for growth, good timing, and a good woman brought Brad to Kelowna. Here, he identified a niche in the housing market: to build quality homes for very active residents of all ages and stages of life. Working to incorporate the functionality required of a hard-working home.
