Karen is bubbly, friendly, and will put you at ease even if you are feeling nervous. Karen asked questions about how much makeup I normally wear, and the type of look I was aiming to achieve for my wedding, and using that information gave me a great look and colours that really suited me. The makeup lasted all night, PLUS she gave me a teeny container with lipstick for touch ups - which was very useful. Karen also did the makeup for my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law. Karen and her assistant tackled the task of providing makeup services for six bridesmaids, two mothers, one grandma and one bride (myself) on the morning of my wedding in September. Despite having only four to five hours, Karen and her assistant nailed the task and we all looked STUNNING! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone, as her makeup products are top of the line and her makeup is the only makeup that has ever lasted on my face for an entire day and night. Karen and her team got me out of a pinch. My previously contracted stylist had some medical issues and had to cancel on my wedding 3 weeks before the date. LUBU met up with me the day after I called them to inquire, explained the contract, had more than enough hands on the day, and produced beautiful hair and makeup for myself and my 4 bridesmaids and MOB. I would highly recommend Karen - she gave me her personal cell phone and touched based at least once a week to see if I had any questions. She came to my house for a trial and came to my hotel room on the morning of the wedding. Very professional, helpful and personable. Highly recommend! More...
