I just had my hair coloured by Aurora at the Academy and she did AMAZING.!!! The color was matched perfectly by her instructor Jody and Aurora listened and executed the look I was going for 1000%. We just left our appointment for my 3 year old son and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The people there are very friendly, patient and welcoming. omg, completly speechless! my hair is thick and always annoys me! after 10 minutes in the chair I can feel a difference! the lady that did my hair was wonderfull and took the time to learn what to do for My thick uneven hair ! This was the best service I have had in forever. From the time I walked through the door I could feel the excitement and energy in that room. I had the best experience Right from being greeted at the front desk until I left at the end of my appointment. Aurora is by far the best. Very considerate explaining what she is doing, asking questions. The instructors just right by checking answering questions just the best. The massage chair amazing and that head massage 💆 so relaxing. I was never worried about how my color or cut would turn out I felt so confident that this was going to be the best. I visited the academy for a trim last week and am still floored! The school is beautiful. The staff and students are all so kind and very informative. I even got to sit in a massage chair while getting my hair washed! Oh, and did I mention the AMAZING scalp massage done by the student stylist?! I could have stayed in that chair getting my scalp massaged all day! It was heavenly! The student took her time and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. When unsure she asked the instructor for help and was helped right away. I watched and listened while the instructor showed the student this and that and even learned a few things myself!
