About

I am a certified Life Coach with a primary focus on Grief and Bereavement, Stress Management and changed Life Circumstances.

We all experience grief differently, like moving to a new place, going through a divorce or by changing a job. We might grieve when we lose a loved one or some of us by losing a beloved pet.

Q&As

Helping my clients to reach their potential and giving them inner balance and happiness.
Just asking questions and letting them explore their own possibilities is really rewarding.
We live in such a busy world, and we have to perform at home, in our jobs and manage everything else around us.
Therefore it is common that we can feel lost and overwhelmed. What seemed obvious yesterday might be out of reach tomorrow. But helping my clients in finding back their life purpose makes all the difference.
Coaching clients and see them transform to their full potential is so fulfilling and rewarding.

My journey started a few years ago at the local hospice. I had a lot of issues in life where I needed help. So the hospice work seemed the perfect match for me. I learned so much from it that I want to share my knowledge with others who seem not to be as fortunate to find the way out of their pain and life struggles. I started studying different fields and interests and got my licence as a Wellbeing and Life Coach and became certified in Bereavement Support.

I have a proven background that the way I coach enables my clients to pick up their lives, discover new possibilities and options to enhance their lifestyle and career, manage their stress, depression, and relationships, become unstuck, and move on after dealing with a loss.
My clients can live in peace again without struggling or suffering more. They can reconnect with families or friends or start new exciting things in life and meet new people.
They know how to manage setbacks and are excited to live their lives again.
My proven strategies show that people from all walks can adapt to my methods.
They only need to start and be ready for a change!

I can provide both options. If my clients are local and wish to book personal sessions, we can definitely meet in my office, but I can also provide phone or Zoom support. There are no limits in receiving my sessions.

The meeting in my office has some regulations attached to it. Face masks are mandatory during our sessions, and hand sanitizer and masks (if not available by the client) will be provided. Before every session, all chairs and equipment will be sanitized.
My clients need to check into my personal schedule on my website to secure their sessions as I am now a bit more limited with my time slots. I am pleased to meet all health standards to ensure a safe therapy environment for all my clients.

Services

Losing a loved one is devastating, and we all have different understandings of grief and bereavement.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there isn’t a set amount of time to feel or live it. Grief is a strong overwhelming emotion that can strain families and sometimes destroys relationships due to the different ways we mourn.

I am helping my clients validate their feelings and walk alongside them to grieve on their own terms.
I am offering grief workshops for all who need support when they face day-to-day challenges. This can be the first birthday, the first anniversary, the first holidays. Going through all those events the first time can be very challenging and scary. Sometimes people are lost even years after the loss of their loved one. And asking for help is not an option. I am offering ways to cope, and together we work through all emotions and struggles. Handouts will be provided before each session.

So, contact me for more information on my
7-weeks Transformational Grief Work Shop or, if preferred, for one-on-one sessions scheduled as needed by the client.

I am helping all bereaved to become unstuck and able to move forward with their lives.

"It is perfectly okay to admit you're not okay." — Unknown.

Stress happens daily to all of us and affects your mind and body. Some of us bounce back from stress naturally into a relaxed state – and this is good!

However, others may not be able to create or maintain that balance which can lead to serious problems:

Feeling sick – having anxieties or panic attacks – low self-esteem – depression – feeling fatigued – developing sleeping disorders – increase or loss of appetite and compulsive use of substances to name a few….

During my sessions, I want to help you locate and visualize the stressors in your life and show you efficient tools to create coping mechanisms that work for you.

This will enable you to face daily stressors with newly built confidence!
