We built our fist home with Legacy in 2008… and could not have been more pleased! The customization, relationship with their team and their sub-trades was second to none. We used Legacy Homes to build our house in 2020 and were thoroughly impressed. From acquiring a lot for us that was not openly available, Ford working through the design process as we made numerous adjustments to get the house exactly the way we wanted it, Clarke having to deal with an extremely particular father-in-law, and Lee painlessly working through all the home touch ups once it was finished. The legacy team was extremely accessible and would drive to meet you at a moments notice.. dropping new home plans off at my office and home, bringing over samples and responding to our texts immediately, even on Sunday evenings. We appreciated their opinions, honestly and thoroughness through our home build. We have lived in our home for over a year, and they continue to be extremely helpful and are always very responsive to any small questions or concerns we have (the very few)!

The sub contractors Legacy used were all extremely knowledgeable and professional, attesting to their excellent team and high standards for quality work.

Our experience with Legacy homes was very positive. Having never had a home built before, we weren't sure what to expect, but Grant was highly recommended to us by a family member. From our first meeting with Grant and Ford, through all of our supplier and subcontractor meetings, the process was smooth and uneventful. Legacy was willing to bounce ideas around with us, and gave us a lot of creative freedom, while reining us in when necessary.

We built in a new area, and there is a lot of building going on around us. Speaking with other homeowners who are frustrated and unhappy with their building process with other companies reinforced that we made the best choice possible for our home. We enjoyed the building process, and the service after we moved in has been exemplary.
