What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide each organization their link between their people practices and the positive impact on their bottom likes. I love working with clients who hold the same values we do: Care, Compassion and Compliance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted flexibility and financial freedom. I also wanted to build a firm to provide opportunity for young business people to learn from more established HR professionals.
