I used to go to a high end salon in Oakville (Char Le Blanc) but a few months ago I moved to Kitchener so I had to find a new salon. Just got back from getting my roots bleached by Micho (from dark brown to light blonde) and it looks great. No patches and no yellow. Celine the owner is also very nice and genuinely cares about her customers. I have no other word than AMAZING!!! This place goes above and beyond. I booked with Micho and I have absolutely no regrets. I will definitely be back to see him again. He is the nicest man and most talented hair stylist I have ever been too. His friendly demeanor and expertise on how to colour, cut and style hair is exceptional. He pays attention to detail and will always go that extra mile to make you feel beautiful when leaving the salon. The owner of the Salon is friendly, welcoming and provides a fun working atmosphere. One thing I absolutely noticed, which I think makes for excellent customer service is everytime they talked to you they made sure to say my name as though they had known me for years. Ku’r Salon and Spa is amazing. For all your hair needs Stephanie is simply the best, listens to what you want, gives great advice and provides excellent colours, cuts and style! She is truly one of the best stylists out there. The salon has extremely fair prices for an upper scale salon, which I appreciate. Aaron and Ramon are great as well; all will be great choices but Stephanie is my #1 stylist of choice and you cannot go wrong with her. For aesthetician’s at Ku’r the wonderful Jen S. is simply the best. I went to her for micro blading and that was almost two years ago, and I continue to get compliments on my beautiful eyebrows. she is fantastic for every aesthetic need you have. Before moving to Ontario I had the same hair dresser for 11 years. I was very nervous when finding someone new to do my hair. I went to K'ur and had Micho as a hair stylist and he did not disappoint! He is very passionate about his work and he made me feel so comfortable. The atmosphere of the whole salon is welcoming, the other hair stylist always chat with you while you're there as well. I love this salon! From the minute you come in the door the staff is so welcoming and helpful and the services are outstanding! Kur Salon is a beautiful, clean salon with great ambience. Even though it has an Upscale feel, there is no pretentiousness. The atmosphere is so comfortable. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and all the stylists are super friendly. Always a lively conversation. The cappuccinos are great and the Eminence chocolates are to die for. Taline even orders them for me at Christmas for my daughter. Ramone is a wonderful stylist. He never up-sells what I don't need. It was my first visit, the receptionist and Micho were friendly and nice. The salon feels luxurious but unpretentious. Despite not making a booking, I only had to wait 15mins in their comfy lounge room and was offered a nice cup of cappuccino before Micho works his magic on my hair.
