Kristen was instrumental in my healing process. She is an excellent EMDR therapist. If you have experienced domestic abuse, she is a great match. She not only lets you feel heard and understood but teaches you theories and patterns to truly see your partner's ways and educates you so you can see the abuse for what it is and be set free.
