Rudi had one of these unusual size parts in his truck and then went on to solve other issue without suggesting expensive solutions. Amazingly fast and professional service. I called in to say that my Water Heater was leaking, and after answering a few questions about size and age we agreed it was best to replace the tank. Rudi bought a new tank and was at my place within two hours of me calling. A few hours later the old tank was removed and the new one installed! Rudi and Andrea worked with us closely on re-plumbing our basement so we could build a basement suite. The project involved both gas fitting and plumbing, a new bathroom and a new kitchen. Rudi not only did a remarkable job on the actual work but he and Andrea contributed to the thinking process of how the work could be executed to maximize the space and minimize cost. They are extremely knowledgeable, fun to work with, and very professional. They are punctual, show up when promised and complete work on time. We had a water leak somewhere in the middle of the house and we called Kodiak, Rudi showed up and helped diagnose the problem and managed to deduce where to cut in the wall to enable him to find the offending pipe. The work was well done, on time and within estimated cost. One fitting was defective and a small leak was noticed a few weeks after the work was completed. Rudy came to our house and replaced the defective part within hours of our call to Andrea (Kodiak's office support person). The work was a kitchen renovation and included the installation of fridge water, dishwasher, sinks and fume vent.
