I went to Anne in 2021 as I thought her price was reasonable. Then the price was raised when it was time to pay because apparently it was alot of work dealing with one of my investment accounts.
About a month later, I had to request an adjustment as she didn't consider a write off for one of my non registered accounts with Investors Group for their fees. I paid the fee and she did a revised notice of assessment. Now 2 years later I got a notice of reassessment from CRA indicating I had to pay another $98 from 2021 taxes because that account wasn't accurately accounted for as income, so I am not sure what happened and why I have to pay after this should have been adjusted. So annoyed.
I didn't go back to her this year because apparently her fees went up significantly. Very disappointed.

This is our second year filing with KC. Last year she explained what everything on our taxes meant, something no account has ever done. Anne makes filing easy and not a headache like with other places we have used.
