I had a disappointing experience with Muhammad at KAP Professional Services. After making the payment for their services to handle my and my mother's tax filings, I was shocked to discover that he had not submitted them at all. It was only after I reached out to inquire that he finally submitted the taxes, but it was a frustrating two weeks past the deadline and the agreed-upon timeframe. The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Muhammad left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Triana, your personal tax returns were completed timely. As i had mentioned during our call, our system was down which didn't allow us to efile the return - a glitch from our software provider. We filed it as soon as our system was back up. There were no late filing or penalties incurred by you as a result of this. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of this and would appreciate you reconsider us to make it up for it.
