Renovation wiring
Including kitchen, basement, bedroom, bathroom, garage, remote office and beyond. Remove or repurpose existing electrical circuits, isolate, make safe and/or remove existing electrical circuits. Addition of new wiring and circuits for general receptacles, lighting, switches, smart switches, dedicated loads, Arc Fault, Ground Fault protection as required, apply for and schedule all required electrical inspections with ESA.
EV charging stations
Supply and install all required materials to provide power for an EV charging unit. Use of required wire gauge to safely supply full load amperage to the unit. Assess existing main service if safe to accommodate the added load. Arrange electrical permits and inspections with ESA.
Hot Tub Wiring
Supply and install all required materials to supply power to a Hot Tub unit. Assess existing electrical service supply is sufficient to accommodate the added load. Discuss options and/or make arrangements if required to safely add a circuit as to not overload the main electrical service. Arrange all permits and inspections with ESA.
General repairs, circuit fault repair, maintenance.
