My experience with JP Lucky Roofing and Construction has been nothing but stellar from beginning to end. I never make decisions that cost more than $1000 dollars lightly and so I will often have any questions to ask in order to develop a sense of clarity where I become comfortable spending my money. Wow! I have not even hired this company and I’m still fielding quotes, as it is part of my due diligence routine. However, I strongly suspect that I will be hiring this company to replace my roof, including soffits, and eavestroughs etc. Wendy strikes me as an exceptionally motivated person who takes pride in ensuring quality of work and complete customer satisfaction. While inspecting the roof for the purpose of preparing a quote she went above and beyond by replacing a few shingles that had blown off, unsolicited and with no strings attached. I was pleasantly surprised by that kind act of humanity, especially since the pain that COVID-19 has inflicted on so many of us, kindness has been in short supply. This, in large measure, is why I was compelled to write this review even though I have not yet hired the company. But as I said, I suspect I will.
