It can take a lot of courage to try counselling, or to try it again if you didn't have a great experience in the past.

Every client is unique, and my aim is to collaborate with you to tailor an approach that is a good fit.

I work with adult clients, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, life direction, confidence, assertiveness, grief and loss, anger and managing difficult emotions, addictive behaviours, as well as many others.

I have over 8 years of counselling experience, I'm a Registered Psychologist in BC and Alberta.

I have training in Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and EMDR. I also use neuroscience, mindfulness, emotional regulation and strengths-based techniques.

I believe in this work, and I love seeing the strength, resilience, and courage that comes as people grow, change, and move forward.

I'm available for online video and phone appointments, as well as in-person appointments in Cranbrook, BC.

Rates: $190/hr
