He came when he said he would.We accepted his quote and said he needed to get the locates before he could start.Said we would get started on the job in a week or two. THEN he just disapeared.WE did not get our fence???? Seams to me none of them need the work really so they can just treat you as you are not that important. More...

They were very prompt in responding throughout the process, and kept me in the loop at every stage. They were very accommodating for my design wants and needs, and I got exactly what I needed - a straight-as-an-arrow fence with no room for my dog to escape, at the right height, and with a bunch of aesthetic choices I wouldn't have thought of that look great.
To give you an idea on their work ethic - they said they'd have it done in two days, and they worked long into the night to make sure the job was done, and done right.
And they even came back one last time to put a few finishing touches in place to have it perfect.
Very happy with the outcome, and will contact them again when I can afford to put up my pergola.

After all, everyone does have expenses and at a certain investment point a project is no longer profitable. Which was the case here.
