How long have you been in business?
I have been involved in the construction business for 18 years.
Started from cleaning sites for my builder uncle to site supervising larger projects until I started my own business.
Jawshstone Developments, has been established for 8 years now.
What guarantee does your work come with?
2 - 5 - 10 year warranty covered by a reputable third-party new home warranty policy
At a minimum, home warranty insurance coverage includes:
2 years on labour and materials (some limits apply)
5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration
10 years on the structure of the home
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new clients that become friends and bringing their dream homes to life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was disturbed by the amount of low quality new home construction that was on the market.
I knew there was a niche for quality builders and enhanced service that the customer would appreciate when they spend such large amount of money to build.

I provide and guide my customers with a solid plan we design together, paired with above and beyond service to put them at ease during the build.
As I am Master Builder Certified by "The Canadian Home Builders' Association", rest assured you're in good hands.
The clients will quickly realize when working with me that I always give them my honest opinion for the benefit of them and the build.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We pride ourselves to having a safe environment for the trades in general on my worksites, but also wearing masks and higher awareness of hygiene is the basic upgrade to my sites as of Covid.
I have also adjusted working schedules as to not crowd too many trades at once on the projects and during customer site visits.
